Perforated plate unit supports out contract manufacturing, and in many cases the end-product manufactured by us contains perforated plate or densely perforated sectional perforations, that are not worthwhile to produce with a traditional sheet metal centre. In our perforating line, it is possible to make parts of this kind cost effectively from the same plate. Slabs needed for sheet metal centres or for precision high-density plasmas can be pre-perforated at the perforating line, after which the slabs can be optimally sheeted at the line. This way, a significant amount of raw material is saved, and the production time decreases.

At our perforating line, the reels are perforated, straightened and sheeted in the desired measures. After this, the sheets can be reprocessed for example with apertures, by edging, deep drawing, 3D cutting and finishing.
